Jalan Provinsi Desa Cilimus Terendam Banjir” Camat Cece & Kades H.Mulyadin’ Turun Ke Jalan

sabakuningannews.com.CILIMUS – Hujan deras yang mengguyur wilayah Kecamatan Cilimus pada Selasa sore (29/12/2025) mengakibatkan debit air meningkat drastis hingga menyebabkan banjir di ruas jalan raya provinsi, tepatnya di Desa Cilimus, Kecamatan Cilimus, Kabupaten Kuningan.
Genangan air terjadi di beberapa titik sepanjang jalan raya dan sempat mengganggu aktivitas pengguna jalan. Kondisi ini cukup mengkhawatirkan karena hujan turun dengan intensitas tinggi dalam waktu cukup lama, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan banjir susulan.
Menindaklanjuti kondisi tersebut, Camat Cilimus Cece Hendra Krissianto bersama Kepala Desa Cilimus H. Mulyadin serta jajaran Polsek cilimus turun langsung ke lokasi untuk melakukan peninjauan lapangan. Dari hasil pemantauan, banjir diduga kuat disebabkan oleh saluran air di sekitar Jembatan Cibacang yang tidak tampak dan tidak berfungsi optimal, sehingga air hujan meluap ke permukaan jalan.
“Air yang menggenang di jalan kemudian mengalir ke dataran rendah, tepatnya ke halaman rumah warga di sekitar lokasi, sehingga menyebabkan banjir,” ungkap Camat Cece saat di lokasi.
Melihat kondisi tersebut, Camat dan Kepala Desa menilai perlu adanya pembuatan sodetan air di area trotoar, agar aliran air dapat langsung dialirkan ke Kali Cibacang dan tidak kembali menggenangi jalan raya maupun permukiman warga.
Sementara itu, Kepala Desa Cilimus H. Mulyadin berharap dinas terkait segera turun ke lokasi untuk melakukan peninjauan sekaligus eksekusi teknis pembuatan sodetan tersebut.
“Kami berharap penanganan bisa segera dilakukan sebelum kondisi semakin parah dan berdampak lebih luas kepada masyarakat,” ujarnya.
Di akhir peninjauan, Camat Cece Hendra Krissianto dan Kepala Desa H. Mulyadin juga menghimbau kepada seluruh pengguna jalan agar lebih berhati-hati, mengingat kondisi cuaca saat ini yang masih ekstrem dan berpotensi menimbulkan genangan maupun banjir di sejumlah titik rawan. (RI)
