Sekda Titip PR Strategis ke Kadinsos Tatiek , Fokus Data Agar Persoalan Sosial Bisa Terdeteksi

sabakuningannews.com.KUNINGAN – Serah terima jabatan (Sertijab) Kepala Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Kuningan berlangsung khidmat. Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Kabupaten Kuningan, U. Kusmana, S.Sos., M.Si, secara resmi menyerahkan jabatan Pelaksana Tugas (Plt) Kadinsos kepada pejabat definitif, Tatiek Ratna Mustika, S.Sos., MTT.
Dalam keterangannya, Sekda menyampaikan bahwa dirinya telah menjabat sebagai Plt Kadinsos selama kurang lebih tiga bulan. Pada momentum Sertijab ini, ia menitipkan sejumlah pekerjaan rumah (PR) strategis kepada Kadinsos yang baru guna memperkuat kinerja Dinas Sosial ke depan.
Sekda menegaskan pentingnya updating data sosial sebagai fondasi utama dalam penanganan berbagai persoalan di masyarakat. Menurutnya, pemerintah daerah tidak bisa sepenuhnya bergantung pada data dari pusat.
“Data itu menjadi awal dari semua perencanaan. Kalau datanya benar, maka proses hingga output dan outcome-nya juga akan tepat sasaran. Kita perlu memiliki data pembanding agar permasalahan sosial di Kuningan bisa terdeteksi dan ditangani secara dinamis,” ujarnya.
Sekda juga menekankan pentingnya mitigasi kebencanaan dan evaluasi tahunan. Ia meminta Kadinsos untuk melakukan perhitungan rata-rata kejadian bencana setiap tahun, serta menyiapkan langkah antisipasi yang matang.
“Mulai dari kesiapan SDM hingga penganggaran harus dihitung dan dievaluasi. Dengan begitu, pelayanan kepada masyarakat di tahun 2027 bisa lebih optimal, meskipun dengan berbagai keterbatasan,” tambahnya.
Sekda mengaku optimistis terhadap kepemimpinan Tatiek Ratna Mustika. Ia menilai pengalaman Tatiek di berbagai instansi, mulai dari Bappeda, Lingkungan Hidup, Organisasi, hingga bidang ekonomi, menjadi modal kuat untuk memimpin Dinsos.
“Saya yakin dengan pengalaman yang dimiliki, Bu Tatiek mampu memberikan yang terbaik bagi masyarakat Kuningan,” katanya.
Dorong Program Unggulan “Gema Sadulur”
Dalam arahannya, Sekda juga menekankan pentingnya peran Dinas Sosial dalam menyukseskan program unggulan Bupati Kuningan, Gema Sadulur, sebagai upaya percepatan penurunan angka kemiskinan.
Saat ini, angka kemiskinan di Kabupaten Kuningan tercatat sekitar 10,74% dan dinilai telah melampaui target tahun berjalan. Namun, Bupati menginginkan target yang lebih ambisius.
“Ke depan, targetnya harus lebih tinggi. Pak Bupati berharap angka kemiskinan bisa ditekan hingga kisaran 7–8 persen. Ini tentu menjadi tantangan besar bagi Dinsos,” jelas Sekda.
Sekda menegaskan, target tersebut bukan hal mudah, namun harus menjadi motivasi bagi seluruh jajaran Dinas Sosial untuk bekerja lebih maksimal dan inovatif.
Dengan sinergi yang kuat antara pemerintah daerah, Dinsos, serta dukungan masyarakat, diharapkan program-program sosial di Kabupaten Kuningan dapat berjalan efektif dan memberikan dampak nyata.
“Ini memang PR berat, tapi saya yakin dengan pengalaman dan komitmen yang ada, Dinsos bisa menjadi garda terdepan dalam menekan angka kemiskinan di Kuningan,” pungkasnya.(RI)
