Respon Cepat || Bupati Dian, Kapolres Ali Akbar & Andi Gani Bergerak Selamatkan Warga Kuningan di Kamboja

sabakuninganews.com.KUNINGAN – Kabar viral mengenai warga Kecamatan Maleber berinisial DMS yang mendapat perlakuan tidak manusiawi di Kamboja mendapat perhatian serius Pemerintah Kabupaten Kuningan. Bupati Kuningan Dr. H. Dian Rachmat Yanuar, Kapolres Kuningan AKBP Ali Akbar, serta Presiden Konfederasi Serikat Pekerja Seluruh Indonesia (KSPSI) Andi Gani Nena Wea bergerak cepat untuk memastikan korban segera dipulangkan.
Dalam konferensi pers, Bupati Dian mengungkapkan bahwa koordinasi intens terus dilakukan sejak kasus ini mencuat ke publik.
“Berkat koordinasi saya dengan Bang Andi Gani terkait warga Kuningan yang mendapat perlakuan tidak manusiawi di Kamboja, beliau langsung merespons. Bang Andi segera melakukan komunikasi dengan Presiden Buruh Kamboja dan akan berkoordinasi dengan KBRI Kamboja dalam waktu dekat,” ujar Bupati Dian.
Tak hanya itu, Andi Gani disebut telah berkoordinasi dengan Kapolri dan Mabes Polri untuk mempercepat langkah penjemputan DMS dari Kamboja. Saat ini, Andi Gani tengah dalam perjalanan dinas ke Malaysia, namun tetap memantau penuh perkembangan kasus tersebut dan telah membuka jalur komunikasi dengan kepolisian Kamboja.
Bupati Dian juga mengimbau masyarakat Kuningan agar lebih waspada terhadap tawaran kerja luar negeri yang tidak jelas. Ia menegaskan bahwa praktik Tindak Pidana Perdagangan Orang (TPPO) masih terjadi dan masyarakat harus mematuhi prosedur resmi.
“Saya meminta masyarakat dan para kepala desa agar lebih berhati-hati. Jika ingin bekerja ke luar negeri, wajib memenuhi prosedur yang berlaku, minimal berkoordinasi dengan Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Kabupaten Kuningan,” tegasnya.
Sebagai langkah pencegahan, Bupati Dian berencana mengeluarkan surat edaran kepada camat dan kepala desa untuk mengintensifkan edukasi mengenai proses kerja luar negeri agar kejadian serupa tidak kembali terjadi.
“Mohon doanya, kami akan secepat mungkin menjemput dan memulangkan saudara kita. Saat ini Bang Andi juga sudah melakukan koordinasi dengan kepolisian Kamboja untuk memperlancar proses penjemputan,” tambah Bupati Dian.
Sementara itu, Kapolres Kuningan AKBP Ali Akbar menyampaikan bahwa pihaknya telah menerima laporan dari keluarga korban dan segera mengambil langkah hukum.
“Kemarin kami menerima pengaduan dari orang tua korban. Besok kami akan fasilitasi untuk membuat laporan ke Bareskrim. Dari hasil interogasi, dugaan lokus TPPO berada di Jakarta, di luar wilayah hukum Polres Kuningan. Kami sudah koordinasi dengan Dittipidum Bareskrim dan Satgas TPPO, serta difasilitasi oleh Bang Andi Gani selaku Penasehat Kapolri,” jelas Kapolres.
Ia memastikan bahwa semua pihak bergerak cepat dan berharap korban bisa segera dipulangkan ke kampung halaman.
Rilis ini menjadi bukti nyata bahwa Pemerintah Daerah, Kepolisian, dan unsur nasional bergerak dalam satu komando untuk melindungi warga dan memberantas praktik perdagangan orang. Semoga DMS segera kembali dengan selamat. (RI)
