Pelantikan Dewan Kebudayaan Kuningan
sabakuningannews.com.KUNINGAN – Pemerintah Kabupaten Kuningan resmi melantik Dewan Kebudayaan Kuningan masa bakti 2026–2030 sebagai langkah memperkuat pelestarian seni dan budaya daerah di tengah perkembangan zaman.
Pelantikan dilakukan langsung oleh Bupati Kuningan Dian Rachmat Yanuar dan disaksikan Kepala Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Kuningan Dr.Charlan, Kepala Bapenda, serta Kepala DPMD Kabupaten Kuningan.
Dalam sambutannya, Bupati Dian menegaskan bahwa budaya bukan hanya soal seni tari, musik, atau bahasa, tetapi menjadi cara masyarakat mempertahankan jati diri dan peradaban.
“Pembangunan tidak hanya soal fisik, jalan bagus atau bangunan megah. Masyarakat yang mampu merawat akar budayanya juga menjadi tanda keberhasilan pembangunan,” ujar Bupati Dian.
Ia juga mengingatkan pentingnya keseimbangan antara pembangunan fisik dan nonfisik agar budaya lokal tidak tergerus perkembangan zaman. Menurutnya, Dewan Kebudayaan Kuningan diharapkan mampu menjadi pelopor kebangkitan budaya daerah sekaligus mendukung sektor pendidikan, pariwisata, dan ekonomi kreatif.
Dewan Kebudayaan Kuningan memiliki tugas menetapkan arah kebijakan dan prioritas pemajuan kebudayaan daerah, menggali potensi seni budaya masyarakat, menjaring aspirasi pelaku budaya, hingga memberikan edukasi seni dan budaya kepada masyarakat.
Selain itu, lembaga ini juga berwenang mengusulkan tokoh penerima penghargaan bidang seni dan budaya kepada pemerintah daerah serta memperkuat kolaborasi antara seniman, budayawan, akademisi, dan generasi muda.
Bupati Dian juga menyebut Kabupaten Kuningan memiliki potensi wisata dan budaya yang besar sehingga perlu terus dijaga dan dikenalkan lebih luas kepada wisatawan.
Dengan terbentuknya kepengurusan baru masa bakti 2026–2030, masyarakat berharap Dewan Kebudayaan Kuningan mampu menjaga warisan budaya lokal tetap lestari sekaligus beradaptasi dengan perkembangan zaman.
