Lemah Nya Pengawasan’ Oknum Anggota DPRD Kuningan Di Duga Langgar Etik & Norma

sabakuningannews.com.KUNINGAN – Dugaan pelanggaran etik yang menyeret oknum anggota DPRD Kabupaten Kuningan berinisial S, yang juga duduk di Badan Kehormatan (BK), memicu sorotan tajam publik. Lembaga yang seharusnya menjaga marwah etika justru terseret isu yang dinilai mencederai kredibilitasnya.
Informasi yang beredar menyebutkan, oknum anggota dari Partai Golkar tersebut diduga menghamili seorang perempuan di luar pernikahan. Tanggung jawab disebut baru diambil setelah kasus ramai diperbincangkan di kalangan masyarakat dan wartawan.
Sekretaris Forum Masyarakat Peduli Kemanusiaan, Luqman Maulana, mengaku pihaknya telah menelusuri kasus ini selama beberapa pekan sebelum memastikan kebenarannya.
“Ini bukan sekadar persoalan pribadi, tapi menyangkut kehormatan lembaga, apalagi yang bersangkutan ada di Badan Kehormatan,” ujarnya, Kamis (23/4/2026).
Menurutnya, kondisi ini menjadi ironi karena BK berperan sebagai pengawas etika anggota dewan. Ia juga menyoroti penanganan yang dinilai reaktif dan terkesan menunggu isu viral.
Dalam audiensi dengan pengurus Golkar, disampaikan komitmen bahwa tidak akan ada perlindungan bagi kader yang terbukti melanggar etik maupun norma.
Luqman menambahkan, dugaan pelanggaran etik di lingkungan DPRD Kuningan dalam sebulan terakhir terjadi berulang dan melibatkan beberapa pihak, menandakan lemahnya pengawasan internal.
Pihaknya memastikan akan melaporkan kasus ini secara resmi ke Badan Kehormatan DPRD dan Dewan Etik DPP Golkar.
“Jika dibiarkan, ini bisa merusak kepercayaan publik dan berpotensi menormalisasi pelanggaran moral di masyarakat,” pungkasnya.(Red)
